This was a very god session: exactly the content, scope, level and pace I was looking for in a half-day tutorial.
This was a really good and polished session. I appreciated the USB key install and link to the slides. As a newcomer to Cassandra the session gave me enough to get running and use the software, while my more experienced colleague also got pro tips and helpful theory and implementation tips and gotcha warnings. Good work.
I hope the USB drives that I procured proved to be an adequate means to distribute the VM…less than ideal, I realize.
However, I did not own those and they did not all make it back. Please contact me at markl AT oreilly DOT com if you have any thumb drives that have gone missing in action. (No questions asked :)
