Use the online Attendee Directory to quickly and easily contact, meet, and network with other attendees before, during, and after the event.

Set Your Personal Schedule

Create your own Strata agenda using the personal scheduler function. Mark the presentations and events you want to attend by clicking on the calendar icon next to each listing on the website. You can then access it by clicking on personal schedule link on your Attendee Directory dashboard or in the Schedule View page.

Rate Sessions and Leave Comments

Rate the sessions, workshops, and keynotes you attended by going to any session description page and clicking on the set of stars in the upper right-hand corner. Only registered attendees may rate and comment on sessions, so if you aren't already logged in, you'll be asked to do so. Your username/email and password are the same ones you used to register for Strata.

Have a question or comment for a speaker? Post them in the "Add New Comment" field found at the bottom of any session detail page (see an example). Please keep in mind that your comments will be public.

Lunchtime Birds of a Feather (BoF) Sessions

Birds of a Feather (BoF) sessions provide face to face exposure to those interested in the same projects and concepts. BoFs can be organized for individual projects or broader topics (best practices, open data, standards). BoF topics are entirely up to you. Get more information about organizing a Lunchtime BoF session.

Meet face-to-face with over 25 exhibitors in the Sponsor Pavilion. They'll be showcasing and demoing the latest tools and solutions to help you streamline your business and make smarter choices.

Hours:

Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and 5:40 p.m. - 6:40 p.m. (reception)

Power-Up Areas

Need to charge your laptop, iPad, phone, etc? Power strips are available throughout the Mission City Ballroom rooms and in the Power Up Area in the Sponsor Pavilion. Once you've powered up, please share with your neighbors and unplug if necessary.

Speaker Slides, Video, and Live Streaming Info

During the conference, all keynotes will be streamed live. After the conference, session files will be available for download and select video will be available for viewing. Check back on Strata's video page during and after the conference.
